Get Fit with Pilates in 2023!

Kickstart your 2023 by attending our Newcastle Pilates classes and fix that ‘working from home’ posture to stay mobile with less pain. Don’t be intimidated by stereotypes – our team of Pilates instructors are trained physiotherapists who can help you to achieve your individual goals.

Bring Some Motivation

We make it easy for you to start on your Pilates journey by providing you with everything you need. Don’t fret over what you need to bring as a towel, bottle of water and can-do attitude are all we require (and we can even convince you of the latter with our inspired leadership)!

Better Than YouTube

Progress is set at your own pace so if you fear you don’t fit the stereotypical idea of a Newcastle Pilates class attendee, rest assured this is a no-judgement zone! Our instructors are trained to help all types of people to reap the rewards Pilates brings, and with real-time guidance from people who are expert physiotherapists in their field. Our tutors can observe the way your body is moving and guide you to any issues you might be having, unlike the faceless Pilates exercises you find online. Also, unlike the popular YouTube Pilates videos, all movements will be up-to-date and checked for compatibility with your personal abilities. Our tutors can offer you bespoke tuition and even help you to recover from injury quicker with our individually tailored Pilates.

Recover from Injury

Positive movement sequences help towards recovery from injury by improving your flexibility and your ability to move without feeling pain. All our Newcastle Pilates classes are led by physiotherapists who have the necessary training to help you to recover from injury in record time. Improve posture, stability, co-ordination and more by practicing helpful breathing patterns and rebalancing your neural and central nervous systems.
