Sophie is a Senior Physiotherapist & APPI Pilates Specialist, with over 13 years of experience at Newcastle hospitals as Senior physiotherapist and team lead. Treating MSK outpatients, orthopaedics, rheumatology and fracture clinic patients, regularly utilising Pilates exercisers to rehabilitate her patients.

Sophie is a keen sportswoman excelling at competative tennis and badminton and regular Pilates. We are delighted to have Sophie teaching Pilates classes with the Gosforth Physio and Wellness Clinic.
